Shipping policy

**SHIPMENTS will happen on Monday through Thursdays.

**Creatively Covered Co is not responsible for the cost of reshipment of items should customers not enter the correct address.

 **Customers will be billed to reship their orders. Once invoice is paid the order will be reshipped.

**Creatively Covered Co is not responsible for damaged shipments. Claims will need to be filed with thr carrier clients choose. 

*If a holiday falls on a Monday we will not ship on Thursday as it too would delay deliveries. (We don’t want to take the chance of your order sitting in a ups facility on the weekend)

**INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS currently customers are responsible for any additional duty or customs fees that may be charged.

 

Once you receive your shipment notification your order should typically arrive within 2/3 days of the shipment date sent.
