** Please make sure to read all ingredients in the description for each product. make sure you select the correct scent and size as we are not able to make changes after your order is placed.

** While we don’t offer refunds. However if WE make an error and ship the wrong item we will make it right.

**SHIPMENTS will happen on Monday through Thursdays.

*If a holiday falls on a Monday we will not ship on Thursday as it too would delay deliveries. (We don’t want to take the chance of your order sitting in a ups facility on the weekend)

**INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS currently customers are responsible for any additional duty or customs fees that may be charged.

 

Once you receive your shipment notification your order should typically arrive within 2/3 days of the shipment date sent.

 

Body Souffle / Butter

***Warmer Weather and Summer Months disclaimer

***Should you decide to purchase souffles/body butters during warmer months please be advised/

***** Because of the nature of our body soufflés / Body Butters and Scrubs they may melt in heat. We do our best to pack them in a way that will limit this. (Though it is 2/3 day shipping we can not determine what time of day UPS will drop it at your door, or how long it may sit before you can take it in.)

**However if it melts just simply stick it in your refrigerator and whip it back up if you’d like or use it as it is. It will still offer the same amazing benefits & smell the same.

Cooler months are coming and the heat should not be as much of an issue.

 

** Restocking can take up to 5-7 business days (not including weekends) for soufles / butters and hot process soaps.

 

Cold process soaps take 4 to 6 weeks to cure
