I’m Dawn, founder and maker behind Creatively Covered Co and the Unwind Collection.

Born and raised in Wilmington, North Carolina, I’ve always felt connected to the comfort of home and the beauty of slowing down. During the pandemic, making soaps and body care became my creative refuge. What began as a personal ritual grew into a collection I’m proud to share with you.

Personal at Heart. Thoughtfully Made.

As a licensed cosmetologist and handmade body-care maker, I bring both my experience and my love of creating to this work. The Unwind Collection is an invitation to pause, reconnect with yourself, and make room for a little everyday indulgence.

Beyond the making, I’m a wife, a mother of three, and a devoted pet parent. My happiest moments often include the beach, travel, good food, and time with the people I love. That same appreciation for life’s simple pleasures is at the heart of my brand.
